Vice Lite MK2 training shirt with patent pending gripping technology will help to prevent bar slippage during squats and boost mechanical advantage during bench pressing. Fabricated from high quality polyester to help keep you cool during workouts.
MK2 features flatlock seam stitching for enhanced durability and optimised silicone printing for improved gripping performance.
Sizing
Our Vice Grip LITE and Xtreme apparel is designed and manufactured for a slim athletic fit. Our EVO shirts have the same cut but contain a small amount of elastane for additional comfort, we recommend purchasing the same size for EVO and LITE shirts.
Our PRO shirts are a blend of high quality cotton and elastane, however, these are cut for a comfort fit. Please consider buying a size down in our PRO shirts to match the fit of the LITE/EVO shirts or a size up in LITE/EVO to match the comfort fit of the PRO.
